I read on some other project forums that it's hard on the servers with people constantly uploading to and downloading from the project.

So I decided to restrict my network activity to 04:00 UTC to 05:00 UTC. What's your opinion on this? Is it better if I only contact the server once a day?

Hi David,

We are a medium-size project with about 30,000 computers, still our server can handle this amount of activity very well. Thus, so far we don't need to restrict connections; but we appreciate your willingness to restrict your network activity, and your concerns about the project.
