Dear DAH team at UDel,

I have issues with your project:

DAH is the only BOINC project that has this many computation errors.

Communication is poor. On another Cafe Docking thread, we mocked the team for not responding or keeping communication active. Nobody answered.

You have conducted studies on Volunteer Computing participation and thought about how to increase it. But there isn't even a Like-button on your site.

A Mac and GPU client were announced a while ago but nothing was done. There are no announcements, there's no roadmap. (At least let us know if you're working on these things. If not, shut down speculation.)

Why is this?
You are seriously leaving a bad impression.

Explaining why these things happen would go a long way towards bolstering solidarity. Maybe we can help.

Was your funding or staff cut, so you cannot keep up?
Did your guy/girl who was responsible for PR quit?
Are you working on a breakthrough that absorbs you all completely?
Does nobody find the 30 min a day for tending to the forum?

People, do get a grip on things. We need a roadmap, responses within a day or so. We want explanations why things happen or not.

Otherwise people will abandon your project.

This almost mirrors my own feeling towards the project completely... it takes time for me to look after all of my hosts... time I sometimes feel would be better spent elsewhere on a different project...
