One thing i have.
On my Power Macintosh [Power Macintosh Model PowerMac7,2] [AltiVec] the CPU time for one WU is for exmaple 30,449.42 seconds ( http://docking.utep.edu/result.php?resultid=153090 )
and on another Power Macintosh [Power Macintosh Model PowerMac11,2] [AltiVec] the cpu time for one WU is for example 28,374.98 ( http://docking.utep.edu/result.php?resultid=156798 )

I would say that there is something wrong, because the small PÜPC is about 1 GHz and the other is a Quad Core with 2.5 GHz.

This might have something to do with the compiler we use on PPC: g95. It might not be the greatest optimizing compiler on earth, but it's the only one that works to compile charmm on PPC without the fortran library dependency. Compiler optimization is set to O2, but somehow that doesn't do much. We will keep on trying to make the PPC built better.
