After I logged in using my email & password, I get to the page asking for a "User Name", "Country" and "Zip Code". I enter my info and submit.

I constantly get an error message stating there was a problem with the BOINC manager and get asked to create a "User Name", etc. again... and again... and again!

At the top right of the web page it shows me logged in as "Owner".

Hi Jim,

How did you create your account? Did you use the BOINC wizard (new or existing BOINC account)? Or did you create the account using the website form? Also, if you are still getting the error, can you post the exact error message? That will help me in troubleshooting this issue. Thanks,

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, it says:
There was an error with the BOINC wizard. Please fill the entire form.
(I tried creating a new account from both the boinc wizard and the website form)

Thanks

EDIT: it finally worked from the website from "my account" page...;)

Same error:
"There was an error with the BOINC wizard. Please fill the entire form."

It also worked for me from the "my account" page:
http://docking.cis.udel.edu/account/

Filling in the "Email" and "Password" in the top right-hand corner would probably also work. They're not quite as obvious since they're in small letters, and come before the "Please fill out this form to continue" in big letters.

OK, was able to get into "My Account" and Update the Username.
Seems it already had my email address and other info.
I'll wait and see if BOINC updates Username.

I'm getting the same problem. Downloaded BOINC client and setup through it.
Sends me to the webpage and I get the "fill out the complete form" or whatever. I can login to my account, but still can't fill out the form and submit.

Ignore the error message, it apparently does create an account but you may need to log in and edit your username manually. Don't forget to attach to your team, if you have one.
