We recovered the connection and we are monitoring the feeder in case it happens again. Only the feeder is not running but I am unable to upload any work due to this error :-- G'Day Michela, Thanks for getting things going again. I have had to abort well over 100 (about 130 I think) work units that have been sent to me. They were all resends with an original creation date of the 28th and 29th of July. I noticed that I had started to run some computation errors and work units were running longer than 1.5 hours (up to 5.5 hours) with no progress showing. This is how all the failed work units ran that I had caught a few days ago. They all had numbers from 36 to less than 1700. possibly hoarded work units on computers that have not returned the work on time so has been reissued. As it CHARMM 6.04 work that has been redone as CHARMM 6.07 work it will, I believe, always give a computation error. All now running ok. ____________

G'Day Trilce, Must have been some time this morning between 05:35 and 07:35 UTC, as at the first time I successfully connected, and at the later one it failed (just as now). |
