Has there really been enough work issued lately for the RAC of the top 10 users? I am *not* accusing anyone of cheating. But I have had the impression that there hasn't been that much work available lately. So I am wondering if maybe RAC decay is not turned on?

Bump? If the project is unfamiliar with RAC or RAC decay, it is controlled here, specially the "update_stats" option:

I included update_stats to our project (as specified on the link you sent us). I'll check periodically to see if it is working
