Hello,

Now & again my firewall (Bullguard ) reports an attack has been blocked when Boinc is uploading a completed wu, the wu stop and Boinc crashes/stops responding I have to stop the two processes in task manager then restart Boinc.

I'm posting this here because it started with D@H wu.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

All BOINC traffic goes through port 80. Just make sure that your firewall has been configured to allow all incoming and outgoing traffic through 80. Internally the BOINC manager talks to the BOINC client on some other ports, but this should not be an issue as you don't go out of the host.

Ok set Boinc manager and client to port 80 (it was blank ?) see if that puts a stop to it.

Detached from all projects except D@H alls fine now, plus my rac has gone up.
