One of my computers has finished some Docking@Home workunits but is now unable to connect to the internet to return the results. Is there a way I can transfer the results to a DVD, take the DVD to my other computer which can still connect to the internet, and use that computer to return the results? I doubt if I can find any way to connect the first computer to the internet before the deadline for those workunits.

The second computer is also running Docking@Home workunits, in case that makes any difference.

Since I posted that, all of the Docking@Home workunits on the computer with problems have passed their deadlines, and about half of the workunits for the other BOINC projects I participate in also.

Sounds like a good idea for a BOINC improvement to make it possible to do such a transfer for any pair of computers with BOINC installed for the same participant, with enough information transferred to allow doing it even for BOINC projects the second computer does not participate in.

On a related issue, are any of you familiar enough with the BoincDV.exe program for inspecting BOINC debts to know how to tell it to reserve space for displaying more than 10 BOINC projects, and make it remember that information the next time it is started? If I knew a way to do that, I'd have no objection to telling both computers to participate in all the BOINC projects I participate in, and then immediately telling them No new tasks for those I don't want to run workunits for particular projects.
