One of my team members has account No. 80 ( http://docking.utep.edu/show_user.php?userid=80 )
If I go there, I only get the message:

Unable to handle request

No such user found - please check the ID and try again.

But he is visible on the top participants list ( his name is C167) and can manage his account via the /home link.

I've sen the same behaviour with another user as well:

Don't know why, but the web cache was out of date. Have cleaned it out and now it works again.
Thanks,
Andre

If server load (particularly database) isn't high, you could lower the cache expiration times. The cache system is very useful to lower load, but gets annoying when you're trying to test something (alpha project!) and information is outdated :\

Perhaps this could explain why the stats show up differently depending on which column heading is used? I've noticed that both RAC and TC scores are higher when stats are arranged by TC.

I don't think that is the cache. I've set the cache settings to 0 and it still does that...

I don't know if it relates to this problem : the number of member for team : L'Alliance Francophone isn't correct on stats.
It says : 1 member but there are 5 members listed
http://docking.utep.edu/team_display.php?teamid=10

I suspect a side effect caused by the simple quote (') in the team name ...
Not a critical problem for now ;)

Fixed!
Boinc actually has a php script called team_repair.php to fix these kind of issues. Comes in handy at times :-)

Cheers

Somehow this problem seems to have disappeared. Maybe the cache setting catched up...

Though I don't know whether these are known issue, I found a couple of issues.

1. rating doesn't work.
2. when reporting a post, then this message appears: "Unable to handle request" User with id FORUM_MODERATION_EMAIL_USER_ID created but nothing returned from DB layer

Thanks,
suguruhirahara

Thanks Suguru,

We'll look at the first issue. I cannot reproduce the 2nd issue; could you describe the steps you take more in detail or send me a screenshot?
