	For the last week.....maybe longer....my work units have been ending in around 15 minutes or less even though the unit is supposed to be well over 2 hours in length. I get no error message and it lists it as ready to report. It does this several times a day. My PC is "viewable" to you and I am running Vista. I also run SETI, Einstein and POEM with no problems. 	There is nothing wrong with your computer or settings. It is a 'problem' with the workunits. The current complexes we are testing have a higher probability of getting conformations that violate the energy. They end sooner. Most of the time the work that has been done before the violation is still useful and we get it from the workunits even if they don't finish successfully, that's why you would see a warning and not an error. We just hope to finish soon the trypsin and be able to run more stable proteins so that you can get longer workunits. Thank you for your patience, and I hope you had happy holidays too Trilce
