I don't think Docking@home is using my GPU, just my processor's 4 cores.

How can I make sure it's in use? It doesnt seem to be.

Programs written to run on CPU cores are rather difficult to rewrite so they will run on a GPU. One BOINC project I've found that will now run well on sufficiently recent GPUs, but may need a new BOINC version and some attention to turning on the use of the GPU:

The sign I've seen that a workunit is running on a GPU is either (cuda) or (cuda23) after the name of the application program the workunit is using, and at least one more workunit running than the number of CPU cores you have.

I've seen no sign that the current version of Docking@home is capable of running on a GPU.

Yes indeed!! D@H does not support GPU applications so far
