I have been running the Docking@Home project in BIONIC for about a week now. It has been downloading, running tasks and uploading the results without issue. My problem is that I am not seeing any credits for the work on my account.

The info available on this website shows I have 0 total credit and the statistics inside of BIONIC show the same. What could I be doing wrong?

none of your tasks have reported back to the server yet as completed yet, and valid. you must let them run to completion and report back before you get credit.
