Or are we still using dummy WUs to develop the applications?

Yes, we are still using the same workunit for app testing. It's actually a real existing ligand and protein we are using; no dummy WUs at D@H :-)

Roger is working on a whole batch of complexes and models that we will start using as soon as the app is stable enough to handle those. This will hopefully be the case after the checkpointing that we are currently testing.
