I've seen at least one BOINC project where that often means you have entered your age incorrectly, and need to get that corrected before you can do certain things. You may want to check through your account to see if it even records anything relevant to your age.

Also, I've seen a few BOINC projects where you have to have a high enough recent average number of credits a day (RAC; usually at least 10 required) before you can create a profile, regardless of your total number of credits.

Apparantly, mine is high enough - I just created my profile.

This is so strange, the minimum credit required to make a profile is only 50.
