I am receiving NO WORK. My processor is idle, and nothing is being sent to me. It is happening on only 1 out of 3 computers I am using. Can anyone suggest what I should/can do?

You should first try resetting the project. If that doesn't work, detach and then reattach to the project. Let us know if this helps.

Reset. Nothing. Detached. Nothing. Error message states NO WORK SENT it has reached daily quota of 12 tasks

Did that machine have problems before this started, or was any action done that might have been "perceived", (in machine terms at least), as problems before this started, (crashed or aborted tasks for example)?

I know WCG for example, reduce the quota of machines that have returned errors for example, the machine gradually recovers "reliability" and quota as it returns good work. At WCG, (admitedly not a good choice for basing normal BOINC behaviour upon), machines recover their reputation after 15 results have been returned without issue.

Are you connected to any other BOINC projects? Are they having problems on that machine?

Could, of course, be that the project quota is set to 12 per day for some reason or other, seems low, but a possibility.

The answer of adrianxw is correct. If the project perceives that a machine is returning errors, aborting, or taking too long to return jobs it will reduce gradually its daily quota. If the machine starts behaving well, it will also increase gradually the quota. We need to wait because I was looking at your host and it has currently at least 40 jobs marked as in progress, once those jobs are returned your quota will increase again
