	Are you interested in searching for molecules likely to offer a swine flu treatment? If you are, and your software can handle proteins of a suitable size, you might want to try to get this group to tell you which protein their vaccine is directed against, and then search for assorted molecules that will dock to it: Breakthrough In Universal Flu Vaccine Development, Japan http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/137953.php Since that protein is the one the virus uses to attach to human cells, it isn't likely to survive any mutation in that protein, and most other flu viruses are likely to use the same protein for attaching to human cells. Therefore, such a treatment is likely to work against most types of flu affecting humans, not just swine flu. Testing such a result could need you to add the capability to test the ability of a third molecule (a human cell surface protein molecule) to dock to the two molecules already docked, though.
