Apparently this problem is on my end, another computer download fast and furiously. . . have done a restart and a power down start to no avail. . . any ideas?

It seems to come and go.
Several of the DPC members have noticed it too.
Perhaps the load is currently too high?

Please be prepared for the start of our annual stampede on April 1, the server will probably take a hit ;)
