I just finished this "new" WU, 20154 and got 0 credit. I know that this WU was started and stopped a couple of times. Maybe this combined with the writing to disk was a possible reason.

Yep, one of those again. Your result is different from the other two and therefore invalidated. The Mac problem turns out to be the hardest problem we are working on and no solution in sight yet :-( Memo is almost finished with his analysis of the results of the info script we send out a while ago; hopefully that will give some insight in the problem.

Thanks
Andre

Andre, are MacOS results still needed, or should we suspend our Macs till there is a fix available ?

Thank you for the very good work and the very good feedback of the project peoples !

We really don't have that many active macs and we are still scratching our heads a little bit on what is causing the differences on mac. If people don't mind to keep on crunching the occasional result, we'll have an easier time analyzing this problem. If people want to suspend their macs, that is fine, I just hope not everybody will...

Thanks
Andre

All of my work units were coming back as invalid, so I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled OS X. Now everything works fine. This was several months ago, I think. I can't remember what happened to cause the problem, whether I installed something or what, but the re-install worked great.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.
