a quick resolution would be nice - at least to those of us in the challenge!


Which makes it all the more mysterious as to why MegaCruncher is doing all that whining over at BOINCstats when she's not even in this challenge.

And meanwhile THIS is where the complaints should go, there's nothing Willy can do about the stats if they are not made available to him by the project.

When I go here http://docking.cis.udel.edu/community/team/lookup.php?format=xml&team_id=1339 I find nothing. Shouldn't there be downloadable stats available there?

Hajra Magyarok / Calling All Hungarians



Sziasztok Magyarok! Tudjatok, hogy több mint 350 Magyar csapat van a BOINC-ban? És mégis, amikor meg vizsgálja a világ 50 legjobb csapatot, nincs egyetlen Magyar csapat köztuk. Szeretném, hogy ezen változtassak.

A célom, hogy egyesítjuk ahany csapatot (vagy az egyes tagok) ami csak lehetséges. Kérem, csatlakozzon velem.

Welcome fellow Hungarians and non-Hungarians alike! Did you know there are over 350 Hungarian teams here at BOINC? And yet when you examine the list of the world's top 50 teams there is not a single Hungarian team among them. I would like to change that.

My goal is to unite as many teams (or individual members) as possible. Please join me on my quest.

And of course, you don't have to be Hungarian to join - anybody and everybody is welcome on the team! Please ... Come Join Us

The Charity Team is getting a very bad reputation (and by assocoation, so wilL LAF) because of the massive spamming of one of it's members !!!

Please advise your member [AF>WildWildWest] fr@ntz to stop his spamming IMMEDIATELY !!!

Can you tell us others where he did massively SPAM?

Hello magyarficko, ( I'm sorry, I don't know in which team you are and cannot see anywhere, if you belong to one).
The Charity Team in no way has a bad reputation, otherwise there would not be so many users from 14 different countries in it altogether to go united for a good cause and distributed computing.
I am astonished that you write in the Docking board to complain.
Our user AF fr@ntz also is no spammer, as you name him, but wrote you more than one time because he was not sure about possible problems with sending mails.
So you recieved mails, otherwise you would not habe called it SPAM, and for me it is simply respectless an a breach of etiquette to not answer a request.
Don't panic, you will get no further mails, notifications or invitations.
I will ask fr@antz which team you are.
And thanks again magyarficko for your and your team's friendlyness.


I did not receive any mails from him but if I did, I would be even angrier than I am now. I use BOINCstats.com to check my statistics and they have a "ShoutBox for brief messages BUT NOT ADVERTISING ... they have a special forum to post invitations. But fr@ntz comes in 3 or 4 times a day for the last 3 days in a row and posts MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE messages in the ShoutBox. Multiple messages are not allowed in the ShoutBox. Advertising is NOT allowed in the ShoutBox. Please ask him to stop.
