My name is Andre Kerstens and I work at the University of Texas El Paso. One of the research projects I am working on is the Docking@Home project which is led by Michela Taufer. In my spare time (somehow I see less and less of this commodity lately) I like to fly around the desserts of New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. I'm building my own RV-7A experimental airplane. RV's are kitplanes made by
Van's Aircraft
and the RV-7A is one of their latest trigear models.
