Your opinions about Docking@Home
|
I run a number of BOINC projects related to medical research, in the hope of eventually seeing one that is both related to diabetes research or stroke research and producing a significant number of workunits.
Docking@home looks eventually useful, but now seems to be working mainly on getting the software to work right.
I'd recommend adding web pages describing certain families of workunits in progress, to attract more interest, and also one saying something about what size of proteins you're ready to handle docking for.
