Because of a hardware change I tried to reset Docking, but there were still 5 MB left on the hard disk. Seems to be impossible to erase the application software in common way.

It's up to the boinc client to erase all app files from the boinc directory. I don't know whether that is a bug or a feature, but it might be worth posting that on the boinc_dev mailing list.

AFAIK, it deletes all files from the slots as it always does when closing science application, but it only deletes files from project directory that are listed on client_state.xml. In other words, if you create a file there and BOINC doesn't know about it, it won't delete it.

That's good to know. We'll make sure we'll clean up our own temp file before we exit.
