I'm not sure where to put this so here goes.

There is an error with the charmm_5.5_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu script. The one that was automatically downloaded has references to the i686 app on line 22 and 25. Change it from i686 to x86_64 to make it work.

I found the typo after a bit of head scratching, wondering why docking wasn't starting up.

Good spot fubared, I have just modified the script as you suggest however the two wu's I had suspended before they started have both crashed.
The original problem for me was that the manager showed the wu running but no progress was showing on time taken or time till finish, however when checking the messages I found this
"Sat 14 Apr 2007 02:37:33 PM BST|Docking@Home|Task 1tng_mod0001_46205_149465_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file
Sat 14 Apr 2007 02:37:33 PM BST|Docking@Home|If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project."
This had been in a loop for hours with no progress on the wu?

Any thoughts??

Not sure but I think boinc is overwriting the modified script by re-downloading it every time it phones home. I have also tried to rename the program to i686 but it gets deleted.I guess no docking until the mods fix it.

I found mine crashed too with the modded script.

Thanks for spotting this. Totally my mistake, but it has been fixed and a new 5.06 has just been released.
