Greetings to all...
I am just a regular guy, living in sunny Florida... I am married to a wonderful, beautiful woman and have 3 great children (all grown)... I am a University of Florida alum and love my Gators... I work in healthcare administration and I enjoy my job (but secretly I am counting down the years to retirement)...
I have been building and overclocking computers since the last millenium... and have been running DC projects just as long, starting with SETI in May 1999...
I am a member of
The Pirate Fleet
Distributed Computing Team.. we are a small but very dedicated team... our origins date back to 1999 starting with SETI, but we have participated in many DC projects since then... we have been known by other names through the years, including Overclockers-Network (aka, OCN), OCN Pirates, OCN PirateFleet, OverclockersCollective (very briefly), and OCDistributed (aka, OCD) before adopting our current name of The Pirate Fleet (aka, TPF)...
from the earliest days, we adapted our pirate theme and started our tradition of "boarding" other team forums as we passed them in the rankings, making many new friends along the way...
you are invited to stop by our forums at
www.thepiratefleet.com
and say "hi"...

Your opinions about Docking@Home
|
TPF is a small but very competitive team that scouts many projects... we have established a team here because we have found the science/research to be worthy, and/or a member has a personal interest in the subject, and/or it just seems like a fun project...
